A new venture is being launched at 无码动画 that will support students and local job seekers to find employment and help employers to find the people they need.

The University is opening a Unitemps franchise, offering recruitment services for part-time, temporary, and graduate jobs.

Unitemps has long been a valuable partner to universities across the UK. The new franchise agreement aims to build on the successes of Harper Adams, offering greater access to job opportunities and work experience, with local and national employers, giving jobseekers a head start in securing relevant work in their chosen fields.

“The opening of a Unitemps franchise at Harper Adams will further strengthen the university’s award winning employability and career development offer for students and regional communities”, said Al Dawes, Director of Business Engagement.

“This collaboration further reinforces our commitment to providing students with real-world experience and the skills needed to thrive in their careers. We are confident that, by enhancing employability, this new initiative will contribute to the long-term success of our students and local job-seekers.”

The partnership is designed to offer a seamless experience for students, including an easy-to-use online platform for job searches, as well as dedicated career advisors to help guide students throughout their journey. With a focus on local and regional employers, students will have the opportunity to apply for roles that are closely aligned with their academic studies and future aspirations.

Richard Heath, Deputy Chief Financial Officer at 无码动画, said the new venture would benefit the local area.

“As Shropshire’s University, this initiative further demonstrates our unwavering commitment to our students, job-seekers and businesses within the Telford & Wrekin borough and county of Shropshire. Our investment will create jobs, and support businesses to find focused solutions for today’s skill shortages, providing quick and reliable access to a skilled, motivated workforce.”

The addition of Harper Adams represents the twentieth branch to operate across the UK.

Welcoming Harper Adams as the UK’s 20th branch, James Mathers, Unitemps Franchise Relationship Manager, said: “无码动画 is a leading UK institution, renowned for its excellence in higher education, particularly in the fields of agriculture, rural business, food technology and more recently in digital skills.

“It is clear the commitment Harper Adams has for the region and the communities it represents, and we cannot wait to work closely with Al Dawes and his team in establishing Unitemps as one of the leading recruiters in the Shropshire area."
